This paper brings together the insights of leading experts from across the MENA region, Europe, and North America, who gathered in May 2025 to explore the complex and often overlooked dimensions of nuclear politics.

It highlights three key arcs:
- a critique of the structural inequities shaping the global nuclear order,
- an analysis of regional dynamics, ambitions, and agency,
- and a set of constructive policy recommendations grounded in reciprocity, pluralism, and inclusive cooperation.

Far from being an exception, nuclear politics in and with the MENA region offer a revealing lens into the deepest contradictions of global governance—and a reminder of the urgent need to reframe the conversation on more inclusive and cooperative terms.
